Shipping, Returns, & Exchanges

Shipping Policy

Baron Wells offers free USPS shipping on all domestic (USA) orders and is committed to delivering your purchase(s) as quickly as possible. All orders are shipped on business days in the United States (Monday through Friday) excluding major holidays. All shipments have a processing time of 24-72 hours if the merchandise is in stock.

Tracking Your Order

Baron Wells will send you the tracking number for your shipment, as provided by the shipping carrier, when your order is processed for shipment. Please allow at least 12 hours for the USPS website to update before seeking tracking a report. Once an order ships from Baron Wells, tracking is expressly the customer’s responsibility. We do not track packages nor do we have access to any additional information regarding a parcel’s location other than the USPS tracking number you are provided with in your shipment confirmation email.

International Shipping

Baron Wells offers a flat rate fee of $40 for USPS Priority International shipping of uninsured packages and a flat rate fee of $50 for insured packages. Please note that all orders using Priority International USPS mail will NOT have tracking numbers. Baron Wells is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once the package leaves the Baron Wells studio all responsibility for that package is held by the United States Post Office. **Baron Wells reserves the right to decline any order. Each order will be reviewed before shipment and the cancellation of an order may be made as a result of requested shipping destination, previous customer history, and any inconsistency related to the provided billing and shipping address. If your order is declined, we will credit your account within 24-48 hours.

Return, Repair & Exchange

Baron Wells will accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of a purchase. All returns & repairs must first be authorized by Baron Wells by submitting a request for a RA “Return Authorization” number to Baron Wells via shop@baron-wells.com. A representative will respond within 48 hours with the appropriate RA number and necessary shipping directions.

Applicable Shipping and Re-Stocking Fees:

  • Returns:

    Baron Wells will provide a return label free-of-charge for all returns of unused goods within 14 days of a purchase.

  • Exchanges:

    Baron Wells will provide a return label free-of-charge. A single corresponding size related exchange will be shipped free of charge as long as, at the time of purchase, the customer had filled out the Baron Wells "Fit Survey."

  • Sale Items

    Sale items are not eligible for our free-of-charge returns or exchange policy. Sale items can be returned at the expense of the customer for store credit within 14 days of purchase.

Back-ordered/Pre-ordered Items

Back-ordered or pre-ordered items will be shipped to you as soon as they become available. Items ordered together may not always be shipped together. Noted expected ship date may vary. You will be personally notified by a Baron Wells representative for delays exceeding one week.

Quality of Manufacturing

We uphold a high standard of quality control for all of our products and we guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects. In the event that you receive a defective item, we will honor a refund or exchange for that item within two weeks (14 days).

Non-Jewelry Items:

Any non-jewelry item, in its original/unused state, that is deemed defective can be returned free-of-charge for an exchange or refund within two weeks (14 days) of initial purchase.

Jewelry Items:

Any jewelry item, in its original/unused state, that is deemed defective can be returned free-of-charge for an exchange or refund within two weeks (14 days) of initial purchase. In addition, all jewelry items have a 6 month repair warranty. There is there is a $25.00 shipping & handling fee charged for each item submitted for repair. Repairs should be sent insured for the product retail value.

All returns for repairs must first be authorized by Baron Wells by submitting a request for a RA “Return Authorization” number to Baron Wells via shop@baron-wells.com. A representative will respond within 48 hours with the appropriate RA number and necessary shipping directions. Please be sure to include the $25.00 check made payable to Baron Wells, LLC. Repair processing time is three to four weeks. If the returned for repair items are deemed damaged because of general/wear-and-tear, it will be returned to you. care information

Links with Sterling SilverStoring your sterling silver in the open air and humidity for extended periods of time can cause it to tarnish. Tarnish first appears as a golden hue on your sterling silver then turns to black. This is a normal process that is caused by oxidization and moisture from air and sunlight. To keep tarnish to a minimum it is advised that you store your cufflinks in the glass vial or other special packaging when not wearing them. To clean away excessive tarnish, clean with a soft cloth and a non-abrasive brand name liquid or paste silver polish.

Fly Links

Our Fly Links are handcrafted of premium feathers on steel rods. Each rod has been blunted and smoothed at the tip to prevent any other materials from becoming entangled with the Fly Links. However, much care is needed when wearing these cufflinks. Please do not wear Fly Links if you may expose them to other materials that are likely to catch and rip. You, as Purchaser, agree to indemnify the Company from any harm associated with our Fly links. Please also store the links in the glass vial provided to prevent any damage to the hackle and feathers.

Neckties

It is recommended that you hang you neckties at night – do not leave the knots in as they will permanently crease the fabric. When traveling, roll your necktie and place it in the capsule we provide and pack it safely in the corners of your luggage. If a stain appears on the tie, dip a clean cloth napkin in club soda or a similar solution and then dab away the stained portion.
